Jared & Tanya Dahnke
Owners
Jared left for the Marine Corps shortly after high school. After serving four years and several deployments he returned home to the St. Cloud area and married his high school sweetheart, Tanya. He then went to work for the nation’s largest lawn care company for 15+ years where he gained extensive knowledge in fertilization and weed control services. During this time Tanya stayed at home with their three children (Cameron, Madison, and Braeden) and operated her in-home daycare business.

Jared and Tanya started Integrity Outdoor Services in 2011 to provide a more personable approach to lawn service. In the early years it took the whole family to get the company up and running where everyone did every job. Currently Jared oversees all aspects of the business while Tanya’s primary responsibilities are running the office and keeping Jared organized (you will also catch her working out in the field with the crews when needed). Their youngest son, Braeden, also works alongside everyone when it doesn’t interfere with school or sports.
Cameron Dahnke
Mowing/Landscaping/Snow Removal
Cameron has been working alongside his dad, Jared, since the beginning of Integrity. Throughout the years of working, he found a passion for the green industry. After high school Cam decided he wanted to pursue a degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in landscape management at North Dakota State University. Throughout his college years Cameron competed in numerous national events related to the green industry. He also worked as a supervisor with one of the largest commercial snow removal companies in the Midwest, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in the snow and ice removal industry.
In May of 2021 he graduated from college and is now a certified horticulturist. After graduation Cam returned home and is now in charge of the lawn maintenance and snow removal divisions.
Outside of work Cam enjoys spending his time camping, fishing, and hunting.
Zach Bistodeau
Fertilizing & Weed Control
Zach joined the Integrity Outdoor team in 2019 as our fertilizing & weed control specialist. His role has grown from just being an applicator to running the fertilization/weed control division of our company. He also helps with mowing, landscaping, snow removal and clean-ups as well. Zach also worked alongside Jared at their previous employer for 10+ years in the commercial division. During this time they both realized that they had the same drive and passion for lawncare. Today they continue to deliver honest and top-quality service to their customers.

Zach grew up on a small farm in Otsego and graduated from Rogers in 2007. In 2011 he met his wife Kelly. They got married in 2016 and welcomed their first child Adam in April of 2021 and still reside in Otsego. When not working, Zach enjoys fishing, farming and riding his side by side with his family.
